For over 20 years, Jean has guided individuals and families through transformational healing work as a therapist and ICF-certified coach. With an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and specialized training in Enneagram coaching and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, she brings both lived experience as a Korean-American child of immigrants and deep professional expertise to her work. Jean is passionate about helping women break cycles of generational trauma, move beyond achievement-driven patterns, and build authentic, connected relationships—whether with their teens, partners, or themselves.
